Ferme FusionPrivacy policy
This policy explains what data is processed when you play Ferme Fusion on Android, why, and how to exercise your rights.
What we don't collect
Ferme Fusion does not ask for an account, name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts or photos. Your progress (board, coins, gems, settings) is stored only on your device.
Advertising
The game is free and partly funded by ads. To show ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud, our partners may automatically receive:
- the Android advertising ID (you can reset it in your phone settings);
- technical device information: model, Android version, language, carrier;
- the IP address, from which an approximate country or city can be inferred;
- ad interactions (impressions, clicks, ads watched to the end).
Gameplay statistics
If you agree at first launch, the game sends statistics to Unity Analytics that help us balance it: session start, level reached, field unlocked, orders delivered, ads watched, purchases made, farmer's loan used. This data is tied to a random installation ID created by Unity, never to your name. If you decline, no statistics are sent.

Your consent
At first launch, the game asks whether you accept personalized ads and statistics. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they won't be personalized. You can change your mind at any time in Settings › Privacy and consent.
Notifications
The game can schedule reminders (VIP customer, daily gift) directly on your phone. No server sends them and no data leaves the device for this. You can refuse or turn them off in Android settings.
In-app purchases
Purchases (gems, packs, “No ads”) go through Google Play. We never receive your payment details; Google only tells us that a purchase was validated.
Age
Ferme Fusion is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention and security
Game data stays on your device until you uninstall. Advertising and statistics data is kept by our partners under their own policies. All exchanges with our partners are encrypted (HTTPS).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the GDPR in the European Union), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to personalized advertising. See also the Delete my data page. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated, and the game will let you know about any significant change.
